  I love Davidson so when I found this complex in my budget, on the lake, I was very excited. The staff has been great, if there is a problem, they fix it. I see myself residing here for a long time!!!

  I have lived here for 2 years. No washer and dryer hookup, no dishwasher, no pool, no clubhouse. The manager is almost never in his office for questions or any general needs. So your packages will not be dropped off if you are not home, they will go back to the post office or have to find a FedEx store. Emails are really the only way to get hold of him. I never see him on the grounds or at the aparments for that matter, since he lives here and all. It's a one man show (the manager) he is the one selling apartments, fixing things, running around to other properties, and fielding emails. So lucky if you get things fixed on time or have him call another company to finally help him, if that. The apartments have not been updated, the newest thing they did was put in carpet and that was years ago. I have had my tub worked on 3 times and they keep caking it with caulking and it keeps cracking. If you need something fixed, putty is the answer apparently. They will do anything to no spend money on the aparment. There are cracks in the ceiling line and warped bottoms to the kitchen cabinetry. Unless something breaks, they don't do anything to update or improve it. Quiet environment and good neighbors though and that what has kept me here. But increasing the rent to 608 for as little as they do and little resources for the tenants is absurd and unrealistic. I wish they put as much into their apartments interior as much as they do to the grounds and exterior appearance.
